How enquiry information is used.
Last updated 23 October 2026.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, UK phone number, postcode, selected service and the details you submit about the property.
Why it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss access and arrange a survey where appropriate. It is not used to create an account or take payment.
Spam protection
Technical information such as submission time, originating page and request details may be checked to reject automated or abusive submissions. The form blocks links, decorative symbols and non UK phone formats.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to respond, quote, carry out agreed work, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. It is not sold. Service providers involved in email and web hosting may process the data to operate the website.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about your enquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion where there is no legal reason to retain it. Contact Yorkshirepointingservices@gmail.com.
